New Graduate Transition Program

The New Graduate Transition Program (NGTP) provides new graduates from a post-secondary program in nursing (Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse) with the opportunity to enhance clinical preparation as well as consolidate theory with clinical skills. It helps them increase their confidence, consolidate their practice, become a team member, and integrate into a unit or department's culture.

In addition to the employment offering, we will continue to support new grad transition to practice through mentorship opportunities, transitional workshops, and orientation activities based upon an individualized learning plan co-created by you and your clinical leadership team.
